We teach Traditional Shotokan Karate in its purest form. All our training is for Personal Development both physically, mentally and spiritually. In our classes you will find your way to overcome obstacles that life may bring you as well as gain confidence, mental and physical agility. We aim to develop each person individually as well as to harbour team spirit and respect for ones self and for others.

Our Instructor Nadeem has trained with some of the best Karate and Martial Arts Instructors and has been training and teaching Karate and self defence systems for over 25 years. Nadeem was lucky enough to have trained with the pioneers of Karate in the UK, before Karate became more sport oriented and our classes reflect the true discipline and ethos of the old Karate Masters.

In addition to Martial Arts, Nadeem is also an academic being a Chartered Taxation Practitioner, A Risk Manager, an IT Developer and trainer/Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Time Line Therapy.
