ADULT KARATE and SELF DEFENCE Classes 


Our qualified instructors teach traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate and effective self defence.

Training consist of Traditional Shotokan Karate techniques and form as well as applied self defence techniques that are effective in any situation. Typically classes are stuctured with a warm up, stretching, Basic techniques, Basic Forms, Partner work / self defence  techniques followed by a cool down and meditation.


No previous experience is necessary and you are never too old to start! However if you are in doubt you should consult your Doctor.
